World Bank / infoDev – Global Train-the-Trainer
In partnership with the World Bank/infoDev, ParCenTra designed a global series of Train-the-Trainer programs customizeed for Business Incubation Managers. These programs integrated curriculum design, facilitation skills, and learning management. Participants were trained to transform complex concepts into interactive, culturally relevant training experiences. Delivered across multiple regions, these programs continue to evolve to reflect local needs and cultural dynamics.
McKesson – “Training to Go” Model
To support integration across global acquisitions, ParCenTra created a modular training design for McKesson—equipping teams to navigate change through practical, interactive tools. The model included global trainer certification, confidence-building themes, engaging group activities, and a full cascade delivery system. “Training to Go” delivered complete kits to leaders, ensuring every session was consistent, interactive, and replicable.
West Coast Green – Residential Green Building Conference
ParCenTra co-designed and helped deliver this high-profile sustainability conference, attracting 10,000+ attendees. Over five years, we initiated collaborative efforts, conducted pre-event outreach, and created conversation spaces that fostered connection and action. The “Action Hub” enabled participants to contribute ideas, engage in real-time projects, and build momentum around green initiatives.
Kaiser Permanente Medical Center – Internal Service Agreements
In collaboration with the Medical Center Administrator, ParCenTra co-developed an innovative training program focused on internal partnering strategies. Leaders learned to craft and maintain service agreements with internal stakeholders, improving center-wide efficiency. The approach was later scaled and adopted as a regional standard.
CA County HRD – Proactive Team Behavior Workshops
Designed and facilitated “Plays Well with Others,” a series of interactive workshops for a California County HR Department. The sessions helped staff build practical group skills, enhance collaboration, and strengthen team performance across departments statewide.
U.S. Department of Labor – Training Institute Development
ParCenTra developed a robust Training Institute for the U.S. Department of Labor to build workforce development expertise at state and local levels. Internal experts were trained in design and facilitation, paired with subject matter specialists, and supported with a full-scale rollout process. ParCenTra also managed the logistics, materials, and delivery systems for a seamless implementation.
Genentech – Cascaded Learning Initiative
ParCenTra developed a cascaded learning model for Genentech’s Operations Division, reaching 4,000 employees. Starting at the executive level, three leader-led sessions were rolled out through every layer of management. Each session featured scripted content and animated visual tools, reinforcing accountability through direct manager-led facilitation—ensuring message consistency from top to front line.
Bayer Pharmaceuticals – Executive Culture Change Retreat
ParCenTra designed a three-day executive retreat for 240 Bayer leaders, scoring a 98% satisfaction rating. The retreat introduced a new cultural transformation initiative, supported by workshops on crafting and delivering compelling change messages. Trainers were later prepared to replicate the experience company-wide through a one-day rollout model.
Supercuts – Intrapreneurial Management Training
ParCenTra led the design and delivery of a strategic management development program for Supercuts’ internal salon leaders. The initiative included instructor-led workshops, comprehensive training materials, and self-guided tools. The program strengthened business acumen, encouraged innovation, and advanced skills in planning, marketing, HR, and operations.
U.S. Forest Service – Affirmative Action Implementation
ParCenTra supported the U.S. Forest Service in meeting affirmative action consent decree requirements across 17 Western Region Forests. We facilitated region-wide conferences, designed training materials, and guided implementation strategies that enabled lasting organizational shifts toward equity and compliance.
U.S. Navy – Personnel Program Implementation Training
ParCenTra developed and led implementation training for the U.S. Navy’s Demonstration Personnel Program at a 5,000-person research center. Managers were equipped to train small employee groups over a multi-year rollout, ensuring the successful adoption of new personnel systems.
