Dr. Mary Ann Gallagher designs, leads, and delivers Training Institutes, Conferences, and immersive learning programs that unlock powerful opportunities for communication, collaboration, skill-building, and organizational growth. She brings both strategic insight and artistic sensibility to her work.
Her approach is grounded in an evolving, user-centered learning system informed by neuroscience and cognitive research. Each session is intentionally designed to build on the last, using a highly interactive sequence of warmups, presentations, discussions, and activities that activate high-level, visionary thinking.
Her participant-centered models encourage experimentation, creativity, and behavioral shifts. Learners leave feeling empowered, intellectually engaged, and equipped with skills that stick well beyond the training room.
Mary Ann has designed, managed, and facilitated global learning development projects and trained educators and trainers around the world using this system. Her current work focuses on sustainability, regenerative design, and cultivating leadership for business innovation and global change.

Sharon Mulgrew designs advanced models that elevate complex organizational performance, drawing on innovative approaches to leadership, collaboration, team dynamics, and network-driven partnerships.
Her work centers on the behaviors and systems that enable high-impact collaboration. She has developed foundational tools for Internal Service Agreements, Work Group Effectiveness, Labor/Management Partnering, and Social Network Analysis. She brings not only precision but creativity—Sharon is also a published poet.
She earned her Master of Public Health from Yale University School of Medicine, Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, specializing in Health Services Administration. In Yale’s Department of Psychiatry, she honed her skill for diagnosing systemic issues—problems often seen as intractable—uncovering root causes woven through history, structure, and behavior. Her work consistently leaves organizations calmer, clearer, and more productive.
Sharon has led major training initiatives for Bayer Pharmaceuticals (Compelling Message for Change), Genentech (Cascaded Accountability Training for 4,000 employees), Kaiser Permanente (Internal Service Partnering), Safeway (Resolution of a critical production issue), internet startups, and nonprofits. She is also the author of two e-books published by Get to the Point Books: Creating Internal Service Agreements—Book 1: Steps 1–3 Preparation and Book 2: Steps 4–8 Implementation.
